YOURSELF
STOP SPENDING TIME WITH THE WRONG
PEOPLE
 If someone wants you in your life they’ll make room
for you
 Don’t fight for a spot
 It’s not the people that stand by your side when
you’re at your best, but the people who stand by
your side when you’re at your worst that are the
truest of friends.
STOP RUNNING FROM YOUR PROBLEMS
 Face problems head on
 Give it your 100% at all times to face the issues in
your life
 Life isn’t perfect, the sooner we realize that, the
more we will enjoy the perfect moments
STOP LYING TO YOURSELF
 You aren’t getting anywhere if you don’t trust
yourself
 Know your limits, and push against them when
possible
STOP PUTTING YOUR OWN NEEDS ON THE
BACK BURNER
 You are the most important person in your life
 Do what you love, and don’t question it. If you love
it, it’s worth doing, end of story.
STOP TRYING TO BE SOMEONE YOU’RE NOT
 You are the only person who can be you, and that is
what is important
 Don’t change so people will like you, make changes
so that you will like you.
 If you are yourself than the right people will love
you
STOP TRYING TO HOLD ON TO THE PAST
 It happened, there is a reason it didn’t kill you, it
was there to make you stronger
 Start a new chapter of your life story every day, and
leave the tortures of yesterday in the past.
 If you enjoyed something from the past, make it
part of your future
STOP BEING SCARED TO MAKE A MISTAKE
 So what? Give it a try, if it doesn’t work, at least you
can say you tried.
 Every success has failures behind it, and every
failure leads to success
 If you make a mistake, there is always tomorrow to
fix it
 You end up regretting things you never did, way
more than the things that you did.
STOP TRYING TO BUY HAPPINESS
 It’s been said many times and many ways, money
can’t buy happiness.
 The only things that can make you really happy are
completely free
STOP BEING IDLE
 Don’t think too much, you’ll create problems in your
own mind
 Evaluate situations and take decisive action
 You cannot change what you refuse to try
STOP THINKING YOU’RE NOT READY
 If you think you’re not ready, you never will be
ready
 Be ready to take a risk and dive in to an awesome
opportunity
 Things are going to change, it’s what you do with
those changes that makes you strong.
STOP TRYING TO COMPETE AGAINST
EVERYONE ELSE
 Don’t worry about what others are doing
 Do what makes you happy, and do it to the best of
your ability
 Concentrate on beating your own records everyday
 Success is battle between you and yourself.
STOP BEING JEALOUS OF OTHERS
 Count your own blessings not someone else’s
 Work to get what you want, and don’t ask for things
that others have
STOP COMPLAINING AND FEELING SORRY
FOR YOURSELF
 Don’t think too much, you’ll create problems in your
own mind
 Evaluate situations and take decisive action
 You cannot change what you refuse to try
STOP HOLDING GRUDGES
 Forgiveness is not saying: “What you did to me is
okay” it is saying, “I’m not going to let what you did
to me ruin my happiness forever.”
STOP LETTING OTHERS BRING YOU DOWN
TO THEIR LEVEL
 Refuse to lower your standards
 Don’t accommodate those who refuse to raise their
standards
STOP WASTING TIME EXPLAINING YOURSELF
TO OTHERS
 Your friends don’t need it, and your enemies won’t
believe it anyways
 Do what you believe is right
STOP OVERLOOKING THE BEAUTY OF SMALL
MOMENTS
 Enjoy the little things
 One day you may look back and discover they were
the big things
 The best moments in your life will be the moments
you spend smiling with people you love.
STOP TRYING TO MAKE THINGS PERFECT
 Life is messy
 There is no such thing as a perfect life, only perfect
moments
 It’s okay for things to get hard for a while
STOP BLAMING OTHERS FOR YOUR
TROUBLES
 The extent to which you can achieve your dreams
depends on you, and you alone
 If something doesn’t go your way, don’t blame it on
the person involved, work hard to change it
 Take responsibility for your own life
STOP TRYING TO BE EVERYTHING TO
EVERYONE
 It’s impossible
 You’ll burn out
 Remember that sometimes making someone smile
can change the world
STOP WORRYING SO MUCH
 Worry will not strip tomorrow of its burdens, it will
strip today of its joy.
 If you’re worried ask yourself will this matter in one
year’s time, three years, five years? If the answer is
no, then it’s not worth worrying about.
STOP FOCUSING ON WHAT YOU DON’T WANT
TO HAPPEN
 If that is what you focus on, that’s what will happen
 Positive thinking is at the forefront of every success
story.
 If you wake up thinking something wonderful is
going to happen, you will often find something
wonderful will happen
STOP BEING UNGRATEFUL
 No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up
thankful for what you do have.
 Think about what you have, not what you are
missing.
