software tool to optimize the Logistics Network of Changan Ford, China.
• Performed detailed analysis on the current Logistics network, analyzed the cost structures, captured the tradeoffs in
the network and conducted discussion with top management to understand the strategic direction of Changan Ford.
• Partnered with Operation Research consultants and developed a Mixed Integer Linear Programming model to use in
