software tool to optimize the Logistics Network of Changan Ford, China.
• Performed detailed analysis on the current Logistics network, analyzed the cost structures, captured the tradeoffs in

• Partnered with Operation Research consultants and developed a Mixed Integer Linear Programming model to use in
