I am a nationally recognized author, speaker, blogger, and expert on employment law. My legal practice provides proactive and results-driven solutions to employers’ workforce problems. My recent victories include the winning the decertification of a wage and hour class action, obtaining summary judgment in a discrimination and retaliation lawsuit, prevailing in a jury trial on breach of a non-competition agreement, and achieving the decertification of a labor union. Complementing my litigation practice, I also advise serve as an “outside in-house counsel” role for businesses that lack an in-house labor & employment attorney.
