7. Outcome of My Activities
Meets consumer needs and wants:
Needs pre-exist in market. Marketers identify the needs of the consumer and adopt their
marketing strategies accordingly. Their needs are satisfied through the exchange process.
Widens market:
Marketers use mass communication tools such as advertising, sales, promotion, event marketing
and PR to promote their services far and wide. Revolutions in media technology have made
marketing more interactive.
Face competition: Competitive orientation is important in today’s global markets. Marketing
helps in maintaining balance of consumers’ expectations and competitor’s offerings by
monitoring the market closely.
8. Cont.
Management of demand:
Marketers are skilled professionals who play a key role in influencing level, timing and
composition of demand. Marketing helps in dealing with varied levels of demand.
Economic growth:
Marketing creates demand. Increased demand encourages production and distribution activities.
As a result, industrial growth is boosted and income levels improve due to increased employment
opportunities
9. Learning Experience
It was my wonderful experience while working with IFORTIS WORLDWIDE.
One of my most valuable experience that I had gained from this internship is the ability to
speak with people in a professional setting.
While working with IFORTIS WORLDWIDE I love the culture and environment of there.
I experience that the staff members communicate so politely with their clients.
During this internship the most important thing that I experience was to build relationships
with people around the office.
These people can provide guidance, advise and help you in future job searches.
10. Limitations
The information‘s are really very much private and confidential.
The information‘s cannot be disclosed to the external world.
Another problem was time constraint.
Though it was a 45 days of program, but the activities of this division is so vast that 45 days of
program would not be enough to get the full idea about all the activities of this division.
This period of time is not enough for a complete and clear study. Although there were many
limitations I tried to give best effort to furnish the report.
11. Suggestions
Managers should have to connect to the employees properly.
When the internship period is completed, both the interns and your organization should achieve
measurable results.
They should take care of their websites and its updates.
They may perform better than now in Email Managements such as send mails for their trainee
properly and confirmation mail for participants, etc.,
12. Conclusion
As a self assessment, the achievements that I gained through this internship are:
Marketing Strategy & Planning is a key factor for the success of any project, what my company
mentor Ms. Divyanshi Ahuja told me at the first day in the company.
Internship program teaches us the importance of time and how important it is in the
professional world to follow it.
Developing the capability to handle the work pressure was one of the important skills
learned while working in the company.
Developed inter personal skill which enhanced interaction ability.
