Our screening process begins with qualifying the candidate through individual interviews, checking references, and testing skills.  Once we have qualified our candidates, we present the top two or three to our client, maintain interview scheduling, obtain feedback from hiring managers and handle all salary negotiations. Our clients save valuable time by handling interviews in our office with pre-screened candidates.  Candidates will be scheduled at 30 to 45-minute intervals to interview directly with your hiring managers.  Your managers will have a constant stream of qualified candidates pre-selected by you.  This consolidates the interview process and allows time between interviews to accurately compare candidates, reducing the overall amount spent on hiring.
