Supporting a broader audience via online communities poses issues for science and technology centers. While the internet allows centers to reach wider audiences, it also presents challenges in engaging diverse groups and addressing different needs and interests. Centers must find better ways to design inclusive online spaces and content that attract and serve people from different backgrounds.
