We will work together to discover the results that you would like to achieve. 2.  Status.  We gather the information necessary to understand your current plans, strategies and financial commitments. 3.  Objectives.  We quantify and prioritize each of the steps necessary to achieve your goals. 4.  Recommendations.  We develop and present a combination of ideas, products and services that are designed to meet your objectives. 5.  Implementation.  We work closely with you and, if appropriate, your other advisors to ensure successful execution of the recommendations.  6.  Monitor and Review.  We create a customized plan of communication that is designed to meet your information needs and assures that the implementation remains appropriate, effective and on target.

John Fisher new client relationship begins with a thorough examination of the client’s goals and resources.  John then helps the client objectively evaluate a variety of potential solutions and clearly explains the “trade-offs” inherent in these financial decisions before any products or services are implemented.  Once a plan is implemented, John believes reviewing and adjusting to the changing needs of his clients is key to protecting their financial future. John is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, having received his B.A. in 1995, where he studied Finance Investments & Banking.   For business owners he assists in the selection and implementation of various programs including group insurance, buy/sell planning, 401(k) and non-qualified plans.  For his individual and family clients he helps with their needs in the areas of insurance, investments*, college funding, estate planning and retirement strategies. In addition, John works separately as a financial planner if his clients desire a comprehensive fee-based financial plan*. John lives in Lombard, IL with his wife, Katie and their three children, Patrick, Grace and Sean. He enjoys golf, football, basketball, music, and spending time with family and friends.   John is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative with Securian Financial Services, Inc.   *Separate from the financial plan and our role as financial planner, we may recommend the purchase of specific investment or insurance products or accounts.   • 11. John Fisher new client relationship begins with a thorough examination of the client’s goals and resources. John then helps the client objectively evaluate a variety of potential solutions and clearly explains the “trade-offs” inherent in these financial decisions before any products or services are implemented. Once a plan is implemented, John believes reviewing and adjusting to the changing needs of his clients is key to protecting their financial future. John is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, having received his B.A. in 1995, where he studied Finance Investments & Banking.   For business owners he assists in the selection and implementation of various programs including group insurance, buy/sell planning, 401(k) and non-qualified plans. For his individual and family clients he helps with their needs in the areas of insurance, investments*, college funding, estate planning and retirement strategies. In addition, John works separately as a financial planner if his clients desire a comprehensive fee-based financial plan*. John lives in Lombard, IL with his wife, Katie and their three children, Patrick, Grace and Sean. He enjoys golf, football, basketball, music, and spending time with family and friends.   John is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative with Securian Financial Services, Inc.   *Separate from the financial plan and our role as financial planner, we may recommend the purchase of specific investment or insurance products or accounts.
