1. Overview
RBEFB-LS battery powered electromagnetic flow
meter is specifically designed for water resources and
industries. It is widely used in the cases without power
supply, such as: city water supply, sewage treatment,
water conservancy, water administration and water
resources industries. It can reach accuracy of Class 1 &2,
when working with ordinary electromagnetic flow meter
sensors.
The RBEFB-LS Series battery-powered electromagnetic
flow converter is generally equipped with a set of four
lithium batteries typically lasting 3 - 6 years. Longer
running life can be obtained if more battery set is used.
Micro-power 16-bit embedded processor was
implemented to generate the sensor excitation circuit and manage the lithium battery power
efficiently. It features full digital signal processing, measurement stability, high measurement
accuracy and anti-interference capability. The converter supplies automatic bi-directional flow
measurement, self-diagnosis and system fault alarm. The measurement data can be transmitted
through the powerful GSM / GPRS remote management software system to achieve the flow data
storage, analysis and other functions remotely.

IP68 Class, no key operation interface;
No moving parts, to make sure no pressure loss;

Flexible operation mode to reduce power consumption and meet different needs;
Workable with different sensor size;
Providing pulse output for easy calibration;
Providing 4-20mA or RS485(Modbus)communication interface, or GPRS/GSM enabling
wireless remote data transmission;

RS232 / RS485 interface communication rate fixed for 2400, terminal address number is 0 ~ 255,
RS232 / RS485 interface power supply for the outside power supply form. GSM/GPRS remote
monitoring management software system with remote transmission function of the MGG/KL - DC
type batteries electromagnetic water meter supporting the use (see figure 8.1) can not only realize
water meter data wireless remote transmission, receiving, storage, can also realize the flow data
statistics and analysis, the user is convenient and timely control flow measuring point within the
region of water situation.

Software feature
The system can be measured for each point of the water to conduct inquiries, statistics, charts
and analysis of the curve or in the form displayed so that users can convenience of the
measuring point of the water management situation.
When the measuring point of water at the scene or unusual situation Meter battery power is low,
the system may issue a warning signal, the alarm signal can be sent directly to the user's
designated officer on the phone.
The system can be configured for different levels of a number of operators, data management
at different levels to play, and the realization of the user's local area network to share data.
The introduction of the system of data backup, SIM card fees, and other statistics more humane
management.
