Este documento contiene una serie de oraciones en las que el autor le pide permiso a Dios para desarrollar diversas capacidades espirituales y emocionales como escuchar, soñar, amar, enseñar, aceptar la soledad y no tener miedo. El autor desea alcanzar la sabiduría, la humildad y la capacidad de amar a los demás por su propia esencia.

5. To see through the eyes of those who see me, The admiration they feel for me… A mirar a trav és de los ojos de aquellos que me ven, Con la admiración que sienten por mí…

6. … And not the envy that I naughtily think they feel…. … Y no con la envidia que pienso que sienten …

36. … and allow me to be able to teach what the masters have taught me and to learn from the most ordinary experiences … que sea capaz de ense ñar lo que los maestros me enseñaron

37. Allow me to be able of loving every being by anything else But their own essence. Que sea capaz de amar cualquier vida por su propia esencia.

38. Allow me to help the loneliness of those who arrive to my life… Que pueda ayudar en la soledad de aquellos que llegan a mi vida…

39. Allow me to accept the reasons of those who left and the longing of those who stayed. Aceptar las razones de los que se han ido y las necesidades de los que se han quedado.

40. My Lord, allow me to love and to be loved… Mi Se ñor, permíteme amar y ser amado …

41. Allow me to love even without being loved….. Perm íteme amar aunque no sea amado …

42. Allow me to be tender even when I don’t get kindness… Perm íteme ser siempre tierno aunque no recibe ternura…
