55. Food Service Lab The maximum lab fee permitted to be charged to students of $45.00 per semester does not cover the cost of food and supplies for Food Prep Classes. While Rosen College is not a culinary school, all students are required to take a Quantity Food Preparation class. This prepares future hospitality leaders to manage kitchen employees, catering operations or culinary teams by learning food preparation terminology and methodology.
56. Event Sponsorship The maximum lab fee permitted to be charged to students of $45.00 per semester does not cover the cost of a full-scale public event with themed food and decorations. A full class of 45 Event Management students has a budget of $2025 to feed & entertain hundreds of guests.
