3. Analyze the Problem Problem- Solving: 2+x=5; x=3 Problem solving gives the solution to present situation. It does not always have to do with real danger, it can be about math or anything else.

4. What are the effects of the problem you are trying to solve? Ex: Plant is dry thus it is dying. The problem is the plant is dry what you are trying to figure out is why? What are the obstacles that keep the group from reaching its goal? Ex: Trying to come up with a fiction story in which you all agree on

5. Solutions Brainstorming is the key to finding a solution to a problem Being able to have many different suggestions makes the likelihood of you solving the problem greater! You can write them down, draw, or make charts as long as your ideas are on paper you won’t forget about them.

6. Best Solutions After writing a great number of solutions it will be time to pick the best 4 or 5. Think of the outcomes of each solution and if there will be any set backs to it? Make sure to think of all possibilities for all solutions

7. Action Plan Write down all the details and who get’s to do what Think of the order in which everything must be done, the time it will take, and the overall objective of the action plan. Make sure it is resolving the problem Do not get off- track!

8. Implement the Solution Try, try, and try again Evaluate the result
