MINUTE FOR MISSON
Many people in the world give thanks for the support of The United Church of Canada,
while others are grateful for their new life unaware of United Church help. That’s be-
cause through Mission and Service, we work behind the scenes with agencies across
 Canada. Order of Worship for
Michael got another chance at life when he was 55. It happened at the Claremont House OROMOCTO UNITED
program run by Wesley Urban Ministries in Hamilton, Ontario, which receives funding
 from Mission and Service. CHURCH

Michael comes from a large, close family and has a good education, as well as success in
several career paths. He is also an alcoholic. Michael was a patient of many centres and
programs over the years with no long-term success. He consistently relapsed, lost his job,
money, and home, and stayed at Wesley Centre for extended periods.

That’s be- cause through Mission and Service, we work behind the scenes with agencies across Canada. Order of Worship for Michael got another chance at life when he was 55. It happened at the Claremont House OROMOCTO UNITED program run by Wesley Urban Ministries in Hamilton, Ontario, which receives funding from Mission and Service. CHURCH Michael comes from a large, close family and has a good education, as well as success in several career paths. He is also an alcoholic. We welcome everyone to this time together in worship. We gather in this church in In 2010, a social worker recommended the Claremont House program.
