I
come
with
a
set
of
skills
that
a
lot
of
other
individuals
don’t.
My
desire

my
drive
to
succeed
is
one
of
the
things
that
separates
me
from
others.
I
love
what
I
do.
I

my

My

My mother is a hardworking and determined individual. She taught me to never give up and
that any job worth doing was worth doing right. My name means ‘Soul of my mother’. I strive
everyday to live up to that. To be as hardworking and determined as she is.

Many people start out strong but as time goes on they get tired and want to give up. I have
learned, that you can’t do that. Throughout my years in the workforce I’ve seen others give
up and not care about the work I do or how the perform. I believe that if you are on time you
are late, and if you are early you are on time. I have always shown up early for meetings, work
and school and have never once been late. I have received recommendations from former
employers for my tenacity and diligence when it comes to my work ethic

Life
has
taught
me
to
never
give
up.
The

heart.
Just
because
things
get
hard
in
your
life
and
it
looks
like
there
is
no
way
out,
I’ve
learned
to
keep
striving
for
my
goals
and
dreams.
Being
diligent
in
my
studies,
my
work
and
the
pursuit
of
my
dream
is
part
of
who
I
am.

Skill
Set
and
Work
Experience:
One
of
my
strongest
traits
is
my
ability
to
adapt
and
to
learn
new
things
quickly.
When
I
was
thrown
into
the
work
force
I
quickly
learned
how
things
ran
in
the
system.
Training
usually
took
3
weeks
but
within
3
days
I
was
able
to
do
all
the
chores
and
responsibilities
of
my
more
seasoned
co-‐workers.

Work
Samples:
The
(irst
two
animations
were
done
in
my
very
(irst
3D
class.
I
had
never
touched
a
3D
software
package
before.
We
were
given
a
month
to
storyboard,
model,
rig,
animate,
light
and
render
everything
in
the
scene.
I
was
able
to
do
that
and
then
to
complete
another
animation
with
the
same
specs,
yet
of
a
better
quality.
I
received
perfect
marks
in
the
class.

These
models
you
see
here
were
from
the
modeling
class
that
I
had
next.
We
were
tasked
with
creating
props
for
two
sets,
laying
out
UV’s
for
a
third
set
and
(inally
we
were
required
to
model
an
entire
set.
I
completed
the
(irst
3
assignments
in
the
(irst
week
and
a
half
and
took
my
time
on
the
(inal
assignment.
I
also
received
perfect
marks
in
this
class
and
an
award
form
the
Course
Director
for
Excellence
and
helping
the
rest
of
my
classmates
with
all
of
their
props
and
set
as
well.

This here was a prop model that I did for another class. This was done in another new 3D
package that we were given in school.

Animation is my passion and has been since I was 8 years old. I love being able to take
inanimate objects and give them life. I feel that animation is the life blood of the CGI
industry. Granted many other disciplines are important, animation is the key to it all. Without
life like animation, we wouldn’t be able to enjoy many of the films that we enjoy today.

Success
De:ined:
I
started
my
journey
with
the
hope
of
one
day
starting
my
own
animation
studio.
That
is
where
I
want
to
end
up
once
I
retire
from
the
industry.
But
that
won’t
be
for
many
years.
Right
now,
my
dream
is
to
be
an
animator
for
DreamWorks
Animation
SKG.
They’ve
produced
some
of
the
best
works
in
CGI
(ilms.
Films
that
I
love
and
to
this
day,
still
watch.
Working
with
them
is
what
I
will
do.
There
is
no
question
about
that.
