Realtor Associate, Janet Cobbel, a McKinney native, joined the RES team in 1993 ABOUT ME
beginning as Broker Assistant and ofïŹce manager and has since worked in all aspects of
the real estate business. In addition, she has served consecutive terms on the McKinney
Community Block Grant Development Commission (CDBG) since it's inception in 2003
as a member, Vice-Chairperson, to Chairperson. She has also served as a member of the
McKinney Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Advisory Committee and other
boards and committees. Janet holds an active license in Real Estate as well as Property
Tax Consulting in the State of Texas.
