Visa: Apply individually via nigerianembassy.nl. UD will supply letter needed for application.
Flight: Search for flights. Share findings on blog.
Accommodation: Together with UCL, UNIGE students. Details follow. Put arrival & departure in spreadsheet.
Vaccinations: TU Delft students can get vaccinations via SGZ which are reimbursed by the International Office (TU Delft).
Workshop fee: € 300,- to be transfered to bank account 5720040 (CCUC (ING, Delft))
*UD requested additional subsidies. If granted participants receive € 100,- per person.
