30th October 2013 Meeting Highlights:
The meeting started on schedule and was conducted as per the usual format. 1‐2‐1 and referral
momentum was maintained this week too. We took some good networking tips from our
education coordinator. PRUDENT new PHOTO roster was launched. Mr. Anil passed all his referrals
online through BNI connects starting the trend for others. We inducted 1 new member. The
speaker for the next meeting is Mr. Saket Agarwal.

Networking is one of the most important components in today's business world.
Some tips for successful networking are:
• Be Confident: Know your How, What and Why?
• Be Generous: help the person you meet with your contacts, references and resources. You
might not get an instant return, but will surely be in good books of that person and later on
in business books.
• Spend quality Time: Focus on meeting selected people and spend quality time understanding
their business.
• Make casual conversion and don't over burden with business information. Give time for
nurturing.
• Follow up: send a message greeting the person in 60 minutes and a profile in 60 hours. Avoid
using short forms like K, tx,ty, HBD etc.
• Leave every person you meet with one thing which will make him remember you.
