I observed: Q: In this context, McKinsey’s comprehensive restructuring for
their clients help deliver $2 billion in incremental profit is indeed impressive.
Quite impressive indeed! Restructuring within the debit-credit 2-D
framework? This arises out of new efficiencies that help deliver $2 billion in
incremental profit. Point must be taken that 2-D framework consistently being inefficient year by year,
offers a good incremental profit, should there be an effective restructuring. 5-months duration is
necessitated in ferreting out the inefficiencies that are built-in to the 2-D framework. However, this 2-D
framework should have costed the company much, much beyond, beyond $2-billion over the years,
that incremental profit of $2 billion sounds remarkable. UQ
2. Corporate Atomic Structure:
An Investor looks into the Fiscal Assets, whereas not having an iota of knowledge on the Investee’s
Ethical Assets. Corporate Atomic Structure elaborates as how Ethical Assets are created and how they are
MEASURED.

3. CREAM Report
An investor in a stock market does it blindly looking only at the Balance Sheet. When IL&FS, VW, HP-
Autonomy, Toshiba, Carillion cases burst open it comes as a surprise to them. THE FACT REMAINS IT IS
SO FOR A BIG INVESTOR TOO. A big investor therefore has to introduce the 3-D Corporate Atomic
structure, get the current Ratings per CREAM Report, track how it progresses, how the targets are met, on
a CDGR basis for the company, to be published on a Daily basis.
