You are cordially invited to join The Rise and Shine Sports
Academy and Masinyusane in a day full of fun, games, and
competition, while raising funds for the youth in Chicago, and the
townships of Port Elizabeth, South Africa!

How to Register:
1. Your team MUST designate a team captain. The team captain will then
email me at rwatson@theriseandshineacademy.com with your TEAM
NAME, and ALL TEAM MEMBER NAMES.
Teams: Teams MUST consist of a minimum of four members (Max. 6).
Four players will play in each game, and other teammates may alternate in
after the full game is played.
Cost: $50 per participating person (Ex. – Team of 4 = $200, Team of 6 =
$300) (Includes 3 hour Open Bar Wristband)

2. The team captain will send the complete TEAM registration fee via
PayPal. (Click on the link below)

NOT be considered registered, until the complete fee is paid.
SPACE IS LIMITED… so reply quickly in order to ensure a slot in the
tournament! Saturday Feb 16th
, 2013 will be the last day to register your
team. NO TEAMS WILL BE ADDED THE DAY OF THE EVENT!

3. Contests and Prizes
There will be raffles, contests, and other fun competitions throughout the
day! Prizes will be given for the Best Team Name, and the Best Dressed
Team, so be creative!
