I believe there is a world water crisis and that that the solution is available in demand management philosophies. Finding the solution will require our industry to adopt data rich utility concepts and engage our customers in a new relationship with their water utilities. The results are increased revenue for the utilities, greater customer satisfaction, lower cost of operations and sustainable communities. I trust my eighteen (18) years of water and wastewater utility experience in engineering, construction, asset management, customer engagement, utility billing, and management can contribute to this mission.
