Jiangsu BODA NC Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. has become a national advanced enterprise manufacturing CNC
cutting machines after ten years' development. Our sales quantity has come up top in China continually since 2004.

6. BODA CNC single side driven flame cutting machine
Product series
--BODA Series CNC flame cutting machine (1)
Users can select the units which has several functions, such as automatic ignition, automatic perforation,
automatic cutting, powder spraying lineation, cutting back, dynamic graphic tracking shows and so on. It realizes
the whole cutting process automatic control. For example, three-cutting torch can cut many types of grooves.
In order to guarantee connection rigidity and upright between the beam and longitudinal driving frame, the
reverse of beam is equipped with one angle brace board, meanwhile the construction of initiative longitudinal
driving frame also has been strengthened correspondingly. It guarantees the running stableness of the machine.
Other constructions are similar to the double sides drive machine.
Width of crossbeam ≤4m, user can adopted single side driven, used for carbon steel’s regular cutting, cutting
thickness:6-200mm

 BODA CNC Flame strip cutting machine
Used for beeline strips cutting, main feature is beeline cutting. All this type machine
tools equipped with several flame cutting torches that can realize mass beelines
cutting. Strip cutting torch is installed in the frontispiece of crossbeam; numbers of
torches are accord to user, inverse part of crossbeam can be installed other
transverse cutting tip.

 BODA Series portal frame CNC flame precise rack cutting machine
BODA portal frame CNC flame precise rack cutting machine is specially designed for processing large racks,
once running of the machine can cut several pcs high-precision racks, and it can once achieve the finished
product cutting without any extra processing. The machine can replace the same product imported, and also it
saves big amount foreign exchange for China's sea oil drilling platform leg project. This machine fills domestic
gap and it's the first field profession equipment in China. Mechanical processing of the machine adopts large
CNC processing center precise processing, its transmission parts adopt Germany import beeline rail and 6 level
high precision gear and rack, which ensures machine runs in high precision. Control part of the machine adopts
combination both import customized CNC and our own multi-axis control system. Each moving unit equips with
imported AC. servo driving system and it realizes multi-axis linkage controlling. The promotion of this professional
equipment will greatly improves international competition of China's sea oil exploitation engineering equipment

 BODA CNC dry plasma cutting machine
User can choose imported plasma generators and torches such as USA Hypertherm, USA
Thermal Dynamics, and Germany Kjellberg, user can also choose BODA APC series plasma
generators.
Used for cutting carbon steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and other nonferrous metal,
regular cutting thickness: 1-60mm, it can be divided into single side driven and double sides
driven according to width of crossbeam and different requirements of cutting accuracy.

 BODA CNC Precision (Laser class) plasma
cutting machine
Based on the high-precision NC machine coupled with the world’s most advanced technologies
(laser class plasma power), they not only have ordinary NC plasma cutting machines’
characteristics, but also have:
Incision quality achieves the minimum quality of laser incision; slotted width is about 1/2 of
ordinary plasma; cutting dimensional accuracy is about twice as ordinary plasma; cutting speed is
higher than laser, especially medium and thick plate; investment in equipment and operation cost is
only about 1/4-1/10 of laser cutting machines.

NC table style cutting machine is a high speed, high accuracy flame/plasma
cutting machine which features compact modular construction for easy and fast
installation and initial operation. It is a higher class cutting machine which can be
used for any plane graphics cutting.

 BODA CNC Platen type high-speed plasma cutting machine (Table style)
Mainly used for sheet metal cutting (thickness 0.3mm-2mm), it can achieve the high
speed and high accuracy cutting. Under some certain condition (when there’s no right-angle
or acute angle on cutting work-piece), it can replace laser cutting machine, yet the
investment cost will be only 1/8 to 1/10 of laser cutting machine, it’s quite popular during
customers.
When the machine cuts plate, the distance between cutting torch and steel plate keeps
fixed as platen covers surface of steel plate which is greatly improved the cutting quality.

Our self-developed CNC intersecting line pipe cutting machine is slinky in appearance,
convenient in operation and high precision in cutting, which is widely used in petroleum

control structure with the range of swing angle of ± 60 °

 BODA CNC Unlimited rotary bevel cutting machine
C-axis turret design has reduced the possibility of the generation of gaps produced by excessive combustion at the path
connection brought by linkage or A/B axis structure, using complex path to reduce the possibility of lost in speed at uphill groove.
±45°groove area (before CNC angle compensation), 360°/sec cutting path to follow the normal rotation speed, 360°/sec groove
angle to adjust the speed, groove mechanical control accuracy ± 0.5° New high-tech materials, super-quiet drive gear, combining
cleverly designed structure makes the volume, weight and noise minimized.
Break the traditional rotary cutting groove cutting head cable winding limitations, it achieves groove unlimited rotation, neither
no messy exposed alignment.
In cutting campaign the programmable real-time groove angle changes, and groove angle follows the normal cutting path
automatically.
Unique initial point adjust-upwards solution using cutting head to graze the work piece has given up the traditional solution of
using contact sensor or cutting head to crash the work piece.
Cutting torch collision protection equipment makes the valuable groove cutting head safer and longer for use.
The new-style non-contact tactile sensor can accurately control the initial height and cutting height with the precision of
“±0.5mm”.
