Hi, This is Jan from OilerWELL and I want to thank you for taking a few minutes to join me for this online session.
As you probably know, OilerWELL has sponsored many learning opportunities on campus. We have Wellness Lunch and Learns as well as speakers and group activities.
Have you ever been frustrated when your work schedule did not allow you to attend a wellness event that you really wanted to attend?
Here is an opportunity to participate in an activity, whenever and wherever you wish.
This semester, our wellness challenge will be online.
And yes, there will be prizes that you could win!
To begin Module 1, move your cursor over “Module 1” on the right side of the screen and “click”. Do this to select each Module you wish to complete.
Each module will have a chart filled with Power Point presentations on the left and a corresponding activity or video on the right. To move through the Power Point, “click” on the arrow buttons below the presentation.
Begin playing the videos by “clicking” on the arrows on the video picture
Complete each module by taking the short quiz at the bottom of the module and click on the “submit” button when you are done. Move around the quiz by sliding the arrow on the right, up or down. Don’t worry- the answer key is below the quiz.
Your completed document will be entered into the monthly prize drawings. Good luck!
