SocialBridge’s collaboration suite includes on-demand features and functionality to enable each agency
department’s needs for streamlined and effective processes, and enhanced client communication.




    Client Connect
               Use SocialBridge to collaborate with your client
               team throughout the planning and creative
               process. Your agency’s account managers will be
               able to create a workspace, or virtual team room,
               that will serve as a centralized online location for
discussions and files. Account managers will be able to obtain
client feedback on proofs or video rough cuts, as well as on
overall project plans, timeline, and latest events that impact the
client’s PR strategy, project timeframe or campaign objectives.

If your client requires you to collaborate with other agencies,
such as PR or other interactive agencies, invite these third
parties into your Client Connect workspace, or create a separate, private workspace with just your team,
and the other partner agencies.
