June 2014- Now: Ministry of Water and Electricity MoWE- Riyadh- KSA
PMO Manager
Role: Establishing, designing and developing the Program/ Project Management Office PMO for the Ministry of
Water and Electricity MoWE to manage more than 1000 programs and projects as well as supervising, training
and supporting project managers PMs, project coordinators and the PMO staff.
Responsibilities:
 Developing the PMO's policies, plans, templates, strategies, methodologies and processes for the MoWE
depending on the Project Management Institute PMI standards and the best practices.
 Mastering and using the Enterprise Project Management EPM tool as well as the Microsoft Project 2013
and 2016 software.
 Assess and improve project management throughout the MoWE by reviewing and auditing individual
projects to identify the problems they may have and take actions to resolve those problems.

King Khalid University (KKU): is one of the governmental Saudi universities that serve 70,000 students in the
southern region of the KSA. Its vision is to be a recognized leader in the delivery of user-focused, secure e-
services.
Role: Managing the Project Management Office PMO as well as developing the PMO's Policies, Plans, Strategies,
Methodologies and Processes.
Responsibilities:
 I was responsible for developing the PMO's Policies, Plans, Strategies, Methodologies and Processes.
 Applying the e-Government Program concepts and the transformation process on the KKU’s projects,
