RE: ExFOB, Green Wave Energy Corp., World Power System Efficient Utilization of Fielded
   Generators

Dear Clifford W. Anderson:

Green Wave Energy Corp. (GWEC, CAGE # 5H8W9) offers the following brief technology
description for its Green Wave World Power System (GWWPS).

Recently featured on CNN and seen at http://web.me.com/swany65/Site/greenwaveshort.html,
GWEC’s team consists of experienced ship builders, former aerospace employees/engineers and
utility service providers. GWEC has developed a number of renewable solutions that present

Product technical description: The Green Wave World Power System (GWWPS) is a self-
sufficient power system of renewable solar and wind energy mounted on a 16ft trailer. Larger
systems can be mounted on larger trailers providing additional power. Designed and developed
by Green Wave Energy Corp. the GWWPS is presently able to provide power – almost anywhere
in the world and in almost any conditions for lights; surveillance cameras; electronic signaling
and reception devices; appliances, such as microwave ovens, air conditioners, space heaters
computers and monitors. At peak conditions the GWWPS 8kW provides 4275 rated solar watts;
2000 rated wind watts; 28.8 kWh of energy storage capacity (600 Ah) – 6.4kW rated renewable
power with two 4kW inverters.

Enhancing the energy efficiency of a Company-sized Forward Operating Base: Currently FOB
equipment runs on either battery power which must be continually resupplied at tremendous cost to
the supporting establishment or on diesel fueled generators. The Commandant of the Marine Corps
has stated that the “total delivery cost of one gallon of fuel to Kandahar, Afghanistan is $400.00.”
The use of diesel generators provide the enemy noise and heat signatures along with targets of
opportunity in fuel resupply. The introduction of the GWWPS eliminates the resupply effort and the
noise generated by diesel powered devices. The GWWPS significantly reduces the heat signature
associated with diesel powered units. If the FOB has access to sun or wind the GWWPS will
continually renew the energy stored in its battery storage system for distribution at any time almost
anywhere.

Specifications with particular emphasis on quantitative metrics of energy consumption or
savings over alternative solutions:
Typical generator units in service and found on the internet purchased
by the Air Force in 1998 to supply power to a Patriot Battery for the
capital cost of $43,965.00 is shown to the right. The additional cost of
25 gallons of fuel at the delivered CMC price of $400.00 = $10,000.00
every 2 days depending on usage. In less than 2 weeks of continuous
usage the cost of a typical generator in Kandahar (less maintenance &
manpower) = $43,965.00 + (7 x $10,000) = $113,965.00

The price of a new GWWPS pictured on page 2 of this document is
$110,242.00 with no additional labor or fuel costs. The GWWPS 8kW
comes with a 1 year limited warranty with each unit to be free from
defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 5-year period,
beginning on the date of installation at Customer’s location. Any
warranties by manufacturers of components of the Green Wave
World Power System are those of the component manufacturers –
not Green Wave’s. These include the manufacturer of the (1) solar
panels; (2) solar and wind turbine controller(s); (3) wind turbine
generator; (4) batteries, etc…. Copies of the manufacturer’s
warranties are available.

Other specifications including dimensions, weight, capacities, input requirements, salient
output capabilities, or other quantitative characteristics as appropriate:

Fully deployed: 24ft x 21ft x 18ft-extended (lwh) Trailered: 16ft x 7ft x 10.5ft (lwh)
Weight: 4000 lbs; Capabilities: 8kW with 28.8 kWh of energy storage capacity (600Ah) of
delivered 60hZ 120VAC power; Input requirements: to generate 6.4kW per hour of renewable
energy recharging the energy storage system – peak sun and 24.6 mph of wind. Green Wave does
not warrant any specific performance capability or amount of power production will be provided by
(1) the wind turbine (2) the solar panels or (3) the batteries on the Green Wave World Power System.
Rather, the only express warranty made as to the performance of the Green Wave World Power
System -- as a system -- will provide 6.4 kW at peak conditions to recharge the energy storage
system on the Green Wave World Power System any where in the world (except in the Arctic and in
Antarctica).

Relevant history of product (or similar product) development and/or utilization: The first
GWWPS was produced in less than one week and was delivered on June 26, 2010 to Universal
Studios in Hollywood, CA. The GWWPS 8kW was setup in less than 30 minutes and successfully
powered the lights on stage at the Set Decorators of America (SDSA) Street Festival from 3pm to
8:30pm. Concurrently, the GWWPS provided continuous power to a commercial air conditioner,
microwave oven and margarita blender providing refreshments to the local crowd.

Catalog price or rough estimate of unit cost: The price of a new GWWPS pictured on page 2 & 4
of this document is $110,242.00 FOB Origin.

This technology is sufficiently mature to provide a representative model or prototype system at the
Marine Corps Base 29 Palms from 6 to 14 August 2010. Unfortunately, previously scheduled events
have been made for this unit in Memphis, TN on July 29 and at Gov Energy in Dallas, TX on 15 -18
August 2010. Should the Office of Naval Research and the Marine Corps decide to Test & Evaluate
the GWWPS 8 kW we offer:
