James Giles is a medical student at The University of Manchester, UK. He has been at the university since 2005 and has completed four years of the undergraduate medical (MB ChB) course. In the 2009/10 academic year, James interrupted his clinical training to complete an intercalated MRes Medical Sciences. During this year, James was successful in his application to convert his MRes into a PhD Neuroscience programme. He is currently in the second year of doctoral studies within the Faculty of Life Sciences.
