NuVision leverages Salesforce Sales Cloud. The company began its Marketing Cloud
journey to further enhance marketing, referral, and sales activities. NuVision is a modern
enterprise that uses social selling for consumers who own automobiles which require safety
replacements for windshields. NuVision engages with clients using omnichannel
capabilities and focuses on customer delight as a differentiator and brand value. The
company is using AppExchange 360 SMS App which sends automated triggered/texts to
customers from the Salesforce system.  
 
Jade Global enabled technical integrations for NuVision’s upcoming referrals program to
aid the company as they explore opportunities to address added target market segments
and geographies in 2020. Jade Global provided lead dataflows, stabilized sales rep
assignments, and made data model enhancements for future initiatives.  
 
As NuVision works with consumers, the back-office team requested Person Account
enablement and a simplified method for adding new accounts, with reduced clicks. Best
practices such as checking for an existing customer account before creating a new
account helped NuVision manage a growing demand. 
 
The NuVision founders developed business connections with Jade Global beginning in the
early 2000’s. During the Dreamforce 2018 Conference, Jade Global’s CRM leadership team
offered the co-founders of NuVision a curated set of appointments with AppExchange
partners and product-specific booths to help embrace the culture of Salesforce “Ohana.” 
Jade Global extended its Prime Squad community outreach model to help spread Ohana
for important Marketing Cloud and AppExchange product considerations.

dropped outbound phone campaigns. Email has become an emerging channel since
implementing the SMS 360 feature.  Managing the logistics of replacing safety equipment
on consumer automobiles across the US requires heavy customer communication, and
customers expect businesses to have the right message and context at the right time.

NuVision partnered with Jade Global to advance CRM maturity, explore Marketing Cloud
capabilities, and enable Marketing, IT and Business teams to become more comfortable in
leveraging Salesforce.  Jade Global’s QuickStart services helped NuVision get started with a
Salesforce Journey, Automations, and Email Templates to familiarize users with future
activities that NuVision business leaders would operate. Jade Global brought specific
technical skills to address coding tasks outside of the declarative capabilities and
partnered on MVP and iterative builds with Ontraport. 
Jade Global provided key customizations around high velocity email handling and
homepage experience building to help NuVision track all conversations in one place. The
Cloud Pages integration and Ontraport dataflow integration allow NuVision to select tools
that best meet the company’s needs for the industry today as well future needs. The
Salesforce customizations and integration supports NuVision’s goal of a Salesforce powered
enterprise.
The NuVision sales team must capture conversational detail at one place so they can go
through information and help prospects become customers. NuVision is hoping to make its
existing customers become referrers for future growth to increase brand building. 
NuVision desired a highly personalized and optimized homepage experience for each sales
rep. The company required SMS 360 integration, actionable insights and was looking to take
advantage of the latest Salesforce Lightning capabilities.

NuVision is a modern enterprise that uses social selling for consumers who own automobiles which require safety replacements for windshields.
