PDF Resume is not the answer Not searchable for employers Cumbersome for career offices No real guidance for students …  except for outside “How to write a good resume” Need something more semantic and linked to a e-portfolio type discourse  AAEEBL 2011 Conference – Boston, USA– July 26-28  10
