2. ECO FRIENDLY
Architecture!
Our inquiry focus area was ECO FRIENDLY ARCHITECTURE.
Our essential question was “Why is eco-friendly architecture
not so common?”
4. WHAT WE LEARNED
We visited a range of architects who design buildings in PN
and NZ, here are some of them...
e3 Architects
Prorata (landscape design)
Plans.co.nz
Ehaus
Eco-Bob
Adriana Fontain (witch is an eco-design adviser at the city council.
We also talked on the phone to a man named Guy Cleverly who built the clock tower!
6. WHAT WE LEARNT
Here are some few key things for what we learnt over City
Class!
We learnt that treated wood is a problem.
We also learnt that eco-architecture needs a friendly base. It
needs to have a northward facing door.
