I have played in some ripping sides and played in some poor
sides, I have played well and I have played poor, I have played
disciplined and I have played undisciplined, I have played well
and I have played injured. I have been right through that for 12
years of football, and it has served me well, I hated it as a player
I wanted to be winning, winning, winning, but when I started as
a coach, no player could come to me and say you don’t
