3. Concept
• My idea will be, a film of an old 70’s car
parking, then two men walking out of the car,
opening the trunk of the car, to reveal I man
tied up, that looks beaten up. There will then
be an inter-title of the date (1963) -1960s
Sicilian Mafia trials.
4. First shot/ Typography
• The very first show will be the production company,
with diagetic music over the top, of the car engine.
• The typography of the text used in the intertitle will be
mafia like (curly, much like the one used in the
headings of this PowerPoint)
• Probably something like this, but
I’m still not 100% because I kind
of like this font, as although it’s
simple, it just seems to work
5. Opening Shots
• In the opening shots I will have the Directors
name and the actors and the usual shown
stars e.g Director of Photography, Director,
Editor etc. in the bottom right hand corner,
whilst the shot of the car and people are going
on.
6. Target Audience
• My target audience will be people over 15, as
it contains gun violence and swearing
however the opening two minutes will be
suitable for a 12 as there is no swearing or
strong violence, only someone tied up, and a
gun shot to change scene.
