13. MOTIVATION
Psychologist Shad
Helmstetter said “By the
time a person reaches 18, he
or she would have heard the
words “No” or “You can’t do
it” 148 000 times! “
And this is the average for a
normal teenager
14. MOTIVATION
The negative things that students say:
I’m not good at remembering facts.
I know I’ll fail.
I never have enough time.
I’m tired everyday.
I hate to go to school.
15. MOTIVATION
What students should say:
I’ve a great memory.
I’m able to remember what I’ve learnt.
I know that I’ve worked hard and will not fail.
I’ve enough time to do what I need to do.
I’ve a lot of energy.
I love life and I live life to the fullest.
I like school.
I enjoy my time in school with my teachers and
classmates.
