4. Standard SLA Service Level Agreements tend to be a complex game between various parties.Hard to enforce without explicit knowledge and fluid since it is only for one case. Standard SLA is the same for all customers, they do not cover everything but are clear for everybody. Gaps need to be filled, which is possible on a ‘lower’ level in the organization. Setup is cheaper but enhances flexibility of the organization since there are more options. Requirement is that the cloud solution is fairly portable which allows moving instead of renegotiations.

Due to massive distribution the availability of this 95% drasticaly improves. Can be optimized to use the browser caching as well: Lower bandwidth used. Faster loading time. Better user experience.
