 According to the L.A. Workforce Literacy Project, Los Angeles County is
the 17th largest economy in the world
 Low-literacy rates reached 65% on the Eastside and 84% in South of
Los Angeles.
 10 million people leaving there according to the 2012 US census.
 According to the New York Times, state construction employment grew
by 5%. Also the cost of living is about 88% difference according to
numbeo.
