2. The first step I took in developing
my front cover was positioning
the main image and title; this is
because they are the main
features which will catch the
audiences attention to the
magazine. I cut the image out and
adjusted the brightness and
contrast and also used the clone
tool to fix the hair.
3. The next step was positioning
the text of the main story
headline, I wanted to get this
in place so that I could work
around it making sure this
was going to stand out against
the other text. I also added
the additional information like
the price and issue number
and also a barcode as these
need to be included and help
make the magazine look more
professional.
4. The last thing I done was
add the other story
headlines to my magazine, I
used different fonts and
colours which makes them
stand out and engage
people into reading them. I
also added a smaller image
which accompanies the story
headline below, I added a
border to this image to
make it stand out.
