Turkey is a big country.It is on two
continents:Europa and Asia.The
population of Turkey is about 70
million.The capital city’s name is
ANKARA.

4. • Turkish people usually talk about
football,economy and weather with each
other.
• We have large families.The love of family
is the most important value in my country.

5. In our country ,bread is an
important part of our everyday
food.we eat it a lot..

7. FESTIVALS
• There are two religious festivals in Turkey.The
first one is the FESTIVAL OF SWEET.It comes
immediately after Ramadan .Ramadan is the
fasting month.During this time Muslims don’t eat
or drink between sunrise and sunset.
• The second festival is the FESTIVAL OF
SACRIFICE.In this festival people sacrifice an
animal ,usually a ram,and give most of its meat
to poor people.

8. ISTANBUL is the biggest city of
Turkey.there are a lot of historical
places in Istanbul.
