Word wall project
1. Word Wall Project
Pick a Latin word from the list. Find as many English Derivatives of your Latin word as you can to
create a word wall, word web, or Wordle. Title your word wall with your Latin word and its English
meaning. Place all of the English derivatives you can find on your wall, and underline the stem or
root. Then, define any words that you think many people might not know. Our goal is to help our
entire school prepare for the PSAT in mid-October! I placed two links on the homepage that can help
you get started, and you can use etymonline.com or a dictionary to find more words. Please make
sure that your word wall is legible and that it will look good on the wall since it will be hanging in the
hallway outside our class for all of the school to use.
