• A mince pie, also known as minced pie, is a

the Christmas season. It usually contains meats, fruits
and spices.

• Families in England pull crackers with one
another before the Christmas meal is eaten.

8. Christmas dinner
• We always finish off our Christmas dinner with
Christmas pudding
• Christmas pudding is a type of fruit cake,
which is normally set on fire at the table!
9. Stockings hung on the fireplace
• Children hang their stockings on the fireplace
so that when Father Christmas comes down
the chimney, he can put presents inside the
stockings!
