Ask each member of the development team what they will do today. Are there any blockers in the way? Ask each member of the development team if they are facing any showstoppers. Action items What came out of this meeting.

WEEK LY MEETING S Weekly meetings are excellent to reflect on what your team accomplished this week, how the week went overall, and what you are working towards for next week during your project status review. This will help end the week on a good note and set your team up for success the next week.
