Founder- Kanchan Mittal
Mrs. Kanchan Mittal is an acc ountant with 20 years of progressive
experience in management acc ounting and assurance services.
She has worked with the non-profit sector for several years, in
organizations like CARE, Praxis, Katha, GFI & Acc ess, which are know n
for their work in the field of education and livelihoo d challenges for
wom en and children.
Headmistress and Curriculum Head -Arti Mohan
Affectionate and charism atic, Arti comes with practical
experience of working with children in a day care. An expert in
child behaviour, education and all-round development, her
balanced fortitude brings to ipsaa's parents emotional strength.
Curriculum Adviser - Reena Kapoor
A Post Graduate in Health and Nutrition, Reena is an expert on child psychology. She has undergone
extensive Montessori training and is dedicated to improving the quality of early childhood development
through ipsaa.

International Standard: We follow international standards for the mentor mum to child ratio, i.e
1:3 for infants1:5 for toddlers and 1:10 for children above 5 years.
Daily Feedback: A diary isshared that captures activities and highlights of the Day.
