and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,
Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published
containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th
months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions
of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.
The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are
discontinued from 01/01/2009.

Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.
However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken
for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

(57) Abstract :
An accurate per leaf counting of whitefly (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae), a polyphagous insect pest of papaya and castor, is required to
assess the population fluctuation as well as the impact of insecticides under natural condtions. Since, the papaya and castor are the
taller plants with with big leaf size, therfore counting the whitefly adults accurately is a hectic task. On the other hand, minuteness in
size and behaviorally upward as well as orientation towards the source of light are the major shortcomings in their counting and
capturing on papaya and castor. In present invention, a new device (aleyreacher) has been fabricated, that will enable an accurate
capturing and counting the whitefly infesting papaya and castor leaves. The aleyreacher when captures a single leaf either of papaya or
castor, force all the whitefly adults resting on undersurface of the leaf to approach the source of light (counting desk). These whitefly
adults clusters underneath the counting desk and becomes easily visible for the counting. Additionally, the the whiteflies can also be
captured by using aspirator through access window.

An accurate per plant counting of whitefly, a polyphagous insect pest of crops, is required to assess the population fluctuation as well

Paddleless cycle based on pressure on seat comprises a seat consisting three parts, pressing system ,pulling system, pressing main
pipes[in two numbers] with springs,auxiliary balance springs with pipes [in two numbers]double chain and double free wheels,to
move cycle forwads.Pressing system has mainly two parts ie pressing pipes [two]with one middle spring which rests on main frame
pipe of by cycle ,horizontal gear and 2nd shaft consists one free wheel at one end and at other end a medium size circular gear which
is connected with chain.When system is pressed by seat free wheel of shafts moves forwards, on removing force freely comes in
original position.At the same time free wheel of pulling system rounds freely when saet is pressed and moves cycle forward when seat
freely goes up in normal situation. Back portion of seat is hanged on two sets of pipe bended back wards at about 450 springs situated
at outerside of back wheel of cycle.On seat pressure force on backward spirng is applied at 45 0 and reaction of force also moves cycle
forward with a linear component of force in forward direction. This pressing system also comes in original situation when pressure is
freed.These two pipes bear a cap for pipe balarce. Auxiliary pipes balances up and down movement of seat properly without side
disturbance and helps to come seat in normal position when pressure is removed. Both main [backward] pressing system and auxiliary
pressing system are set on long base of two pipes joind behind back wheel to give support when seat is pressed.Two horizontal gears
are supported by controlling system for proper contact between gears. Front portion of seat forms a lever point just at front of handle
of cycle to move seat up and down.Thus seat is pressed by lever system to have a better achievec Iment.Back portion of seat ends in a
shape frame of bended pipes/supporting spookes/having spaces both sides so as to move whole frame up and down without disturbing
back wheel which also passed though in the middle of frame. Thus back wheel moves freely without any disturbance by above
mentioned frame.

support (OSS) server (120) is connected to a dynamic discounting server (DDS) (110) for providing a discount update based request

thereof. In the present method for pre-heating of bustle main before blowing in without using blower, to create the natural draft, snort
valve is slowly opened, allowing the ambient air to get sucked into the cold blast line at controlled flow rate and the air thus sucked in
through snort valve is made to pass through one of the well heated stoves to increase its sensible heat and finally fed to the bustle main
to pre-heat up to desired temperature. The gases after heating the bustle main is made to exit through the back draft
chimney. Moreover, jobs like furnace refractory, shell repairs can be continued in parallel to the bustle heating as the bustle pipe is
disconnected from the furnace proper. This reduces the shutdown time favouring cost effective and energy efficient operation with
improved BF productivity.

received from SMS (Short Message Service) of a cell phone to braille characters. The generator unit corresponds to the tactile braille

An apparatus for recycling heated waste water exhausted in an industrial process is disclosed that includes an evaporative cooler clay
pot, a first tank, a coil pump, a second tank and a second tank that are coupled at predefined positions on a frame. The evaporative
cooler includes a tube type heat exchanger. The heated water from the industrial process is discharged in the evaporative cooler. The
evaporative cooler after dropping the temperature of water discharges the water in a first tank. In the first tank a second temperature
drop is achieved and the water is lifted in the second tank by the coil pump. A next temperature drop is achieved in the coil pump and
another temperature drop is achieved in the second tank that is mounted on the highest position of the frame. The water is exhausted

the heat through the discharge line to the condenser. The gas then runs through the cooling coils that cause the heat to dissipate which

The present invention discloses an impregnable personal safety alarm system with multipurpose usage which can be operated both
manually and automatically. The impregnable personal safety alarm system provides a measure of safety and security to persons
trapped in crimes, personal attacks, bed ridden patients and patients who require continuous monitoring. The impregnable personal
safety alarm system uses global positioning elements in combination with the state of the art alert process such as voice recording,
pressure sensors, temperature sensors, GSM and GPS technology embedded in the system to convey the data from the victim to the
emergency help centre/ person through mobile phone in the form of text messages, voice call and it also indicates the location of the
emergency situation.
