6. Remove Background from images
• Remove.bg – A single-purpose website that uses AI to remove
background.
• only works for photos with at least one person in them

8. Clear Text Formatting in Gmail
• Before Pasting text into compose window – Paste As Plain Text
• Use Ctrl+Shift+V to paste it. This will remove all formatting from the
text
• Use the right-click context menu to paste text, look for the paste as plain
text option

• After pasting formatted text into email body – Clear Format
• Install “Gmail unformatter, Chrome extension
• Gmail unformatter automatically detects if the text pasted has any
formatting applied to it. If it detects formatted text, it gives you the option
to clear it.
• Click the clear formats option in the little yellow bar and everything you
pasted will be stripped of its formatting.

• Google Drive has a “version management” that can keep multiple
versions of the same file
• It works for Google Sheets, Google Slides & Google Docs

• How to view recent file versions on Google Docs:
• Open the Google Docs file and Go to File>Version History>See
version history OR use Ctrl+Alt+Shift+H keyboard shortcut to open the
version history for a file

• By default, the versions are named by the date they were last
edited on. You can select the version you want to view
• By default, the changes made between the last and the most
recent version will be highlighted

• Google Docs saves a version of a file each time you stop editing it
and close it
• If you’re collaborating on a file with other people, and they continue
to edit it even though you’re not working on it, Google Docs will not
save it as a separate version until everyone else stops working on it

once-secret industry and trade association documents concerning
the health hazards of toxic chemicals, such as asbestos, lead and

• ToxicDocs officially launched in February 2018, and is free and
open to all
• Its collection consists of discovery documents from myriad lawsuits
that were made public once they were introduced in court but were
extremely hard for the general public to access.
• The data includes internal memos, unpublished scientific studies,
planning reports for public relations campaigns, meeting minutes
and presentations—some dating back to the 1920s
• The companies represented in the database range from a small
brake manufacturer to multinational giants like J&J and Monsanto

• Wiki.com is a handy search engine which draws in content from
wikis only if you want community-led encyclopedic know-how about
something (aside from Wikipedia)

21. Utter – Find Videos of any Person Saying a Word or a Phrase
• Utters searches for words or phrases said by a certain person.
• Type in the name of the person, followed by the word or the phrase
• The video automatically skips to the part that you searched for
• You can go back and forward between the videos, or open a clip in a
new tab to watch the full video
• Utters won’t always be useful as a search tool, but it is great for
discovering videos you would not have come across otherwise

22. Invideo - Searching YouTube
• YouTube still primarily relies on traditional metadata like titles, tags,
and descriptions in order to “understand” the content of a video and
serve up relevant options for any given search. A given video’s
popularity, as well as your own viewing history on YouTube, also
play a part in your search results, likely with a number of other
factors as well
• In terms of searching the actual content of a video on YouTube, as
of this moment, you’ll need outside help
