• Web address/link/URL will be generated by Google
Forms
• Communicate link to participants:
• From Google Forms
• Via email
• Embed as part of web page
• More user friendly to hyperlink text, e.g.:

• Shorten URL generated using:
goo.gl, bit.ly, tinyurl

• Username
• Password
• Then access http://forms.google.com
