Dip Pretreatment Plants are
commonly used for long & heavy
components to clean prior to
powder / paint application.
Dip Pretreatment is a pre-
treatment wherein the chemicals
are stored in the steel (MS/SS)
fabricated tanks. The components
are placed in the baskets or cages
and they are dipped in each
process tank for pre-fixed period of
time.

10. Batch Type Oven
HSD/Gas Fired OvenHSD/Gas Fired Oven
These ovens utilise Oil/ Gas as a
fuel. The fuel is fired with the help of
imported burner inside the heat
exchanger made of stainless steel.
The blowers mounted in the heater
box circulate the oven air over the
heat exchanger thus oven air is
heated indirectly. Flue gases after
burning the fuel are exhausted to the
atmosphere through chimney.
Gas fired oven can be Direct/ Indirect
Fired.
Design to consume a low fuel with
uniform temperature thought the
oven.
11. Batch Type Oven
Electrical Heated OvenElectrical Heated Oven
Electric ovens occupy less volume,
low cost and require less
maintenance but have high running
cost. These ovens have 150 mm
glass wool insulation and give
minimum heat loss. Generally two
doors are provided on two sides.
Suitable blowers circulate the hot air
inside the oven giving uniform
temperature distribution throughout
the oven cross section. Blowers are
indirectly driven. The control panel
has a digital temperature indicator -
controller, hooter with timer for
indication of cycle completion.
Oven has inbuilt tracks for provision
of ground trolley.
12. Powder Coating Gun
The most common way of
applying the powder coating to
metal objects is to spray the
powder using an electrostatic
gun. The gun imparts a positive
electric charge to the powder,
which is then sprayed towards
the grounded object by
mechanical or compressed air
spraying and then accelerated
toward the work piece by the
powerful electrostatic charge.
There are a wide variety of spray
nozzles available for use in
electrostatic coating.

13. Hot Water Boiler
Waterheating is a thermodynamic
process that uses an energy source
to heat water above its initial
temperature. Typical domestic uses
of hot water include cooking,
cleaning, bathing, and space heating.
In industry, hot water and water
heated to steam have many uses.
The hot water boilers are designed to
operate on various types of fuels
such as heavy oil, light oil, gas, duel
fuel, coal, husk and other agro waste
fuels.
