7. My current personal project is challenging and
exciting to me in the following ways...
I’m trying to find a simple
game design program so
that I will have some
experience when I go for a
degree in game design.
The problem is... they
don’t just let kids use
professional game
design programs for
a low price.
*Ugh*
9. What I do to make friends, be visible and "be known":
I am known for being hyper and calm. I am

The Actual Epicenter
Below is a table containing the input data that you sent to VitrualEarthquake to have the epicentral circles drawn. And below that is
the data the you SHOULD HAVE sent. Compare the two sets to see where you made an error.
Your Data Actual Data
Recording Station S-P Interval Epicentral Distance S-P Interval Epicentral Distance
Pusan 58 sec 561 km 56 sec 549 km
Tokyo 42 sec 410 km 44 sec 434 km
Akita 70 sec 685 km 71 sec 697 km
Location You Found Actual Location
More about the epicenter being an exact point.
The location of the epicenter determined from your measurements of S-P intervals "should" be at the point intersection of the three
epicentral circles. In general, using this method to determine an earthquake's epicenter may not result in a precise point. Discounting
measurement errors, there are a number of factors that affect the speed of earthquake waves. Among other factors, variations in
rock types through which the waves travel will change the actual travel times and hence the S-P intervals. We should not expect the
method of triangulation to result in an exact point.
