The document proposes a new type of graph called the Bloom Graph [B(m,n)] that possesses the unique property of being both regular and planar. It studies some of the topological properties of the Bloom Graph, including that it has a Hamiltonian property. The graph is proposed in an international journal article by D.Antony Xavier and C.J.Deeni from the Department of Mathematics at Loyola College in Chennai, India.
