After spending ten years in emergency services dispatch and nearly thirty working with technology and computers, I've transitioned to a place in my life where I can follow these lifelong passions. I work directly with consumers on learning about their computers or devices, I troubleshoot and eradicate viruses and malware, and I help guide people towards technology purchases that will best fit their needs.
