It includes summaries on the Ambasaguas and Cascarín neighborhoods, the Roman bridge, Ambasaguas Church, the Narcea River and some of its tributaries, fishing for trout and salmon, the Karting track of Cibuyo, the Route of Gold mining remains, the town hall battlements, the Monastery of Sant John Baptist in Corias, and the Muniellos natural park area.

8. Narcea river is the second most important river in Asturias. It’s the principal tributary on the left of Nalón river. Nalón and Narcea rivers

11. In Narcea river, you can fishing trouts and salmons. There are a lot of areas to fishing. The first salmon fished in time is denominated “Campanu”. Trout Salmon
28. Saint John the Baptist was a Benedictine monastery in Corias on the right bank of the Narcea dedicated to Saint John the Baptist. It was built in 1022 thanks to the efforts of the counts Piñolo Jimenez and Aldonza Muñoz and it passed to be occupated by benedictine monks.
36. Muniellos is situated at the south – west part of Asturias. It ocupates about 5.542 hectares, packed of vegetation, animals…A wonderful world full of live. It is one of the most natural and clean place in Asturias. A lot of people visit and make tours throught it.
37. In the past, Muniellos suffers a lot, because the people contaminates it a lot, cut wood or kill animals. Now the people try to take care of this litle but wunderful place. Muniellos is a place that every person in Asturias knows and loves. It is worth to visit it.
38. There is a lot of diferent vegetation and animals in Muniellos, most of them in danger of extinction. Some of them you can see in the next pictures:
39. It became a wildlife because it preserves very old trees, bushes, and a lot of diferent types of animals. The water give live to all of the diferent vegetation and animals.
