break a bad habit but have failed because they have fallen victim to what
psychologists call “habit relapse”.

Today, I’m going to talk to you about how to maintain a good life style.
Oral health is important to general health and well-being. Many people have tried
to break a bad habit but have failed because they have fallen victim to what
psychologists call “habit relapse”. Good oral health enables us to not only communicate
effectively and also enhances overall quality of life. There are a few strategies you can
follow if you want to prevent habit relapse. Forget about what your bad habit is such as
drinking, gambling, smoking and excessive eating, the strategies are the same. If you
follow the strategies that I will say to you, your bad habit can be avoid.
First, you must plan your lifestyle. Always aware that you will be tempted to take
that last drink or light up for last time. The urge is little normal and can strike any time,
especially when you are under tension. The very important thing is you must be ready
for it. Think ahead of what you can do when the urge return to the habit strikes you.
After that, practice your plan so that when persuasion strikes, your action will be
automatic. You could decide to go for a walk or recall a particularly enjoyable holiday.
Seeing as tension is usually the cause for habit relapse, these two activities should
make you to relax. In addition, you also must pray to Allah to make your life better.
Next, you can get many advantages if you take care about your health.Oral

of life, self-esteem and social confidence. It has been said that if you don’t have good
oral health, you are not healthy.
7. After that, the impact of oral disease on both society and individuals is significant.
This is especially so for children with pain from dentally-related causes such as they
cannot eat, speak or sleep properly or concentrate in school. Although oral disease like
dental caries is generally regarded as non-life threatening and often not accorded due
importance, we must not overlook the possibility of extreme cases of untreated oral
disease. We hope this will never happen again to any child and people.
Then I will explain about disadvantages if you not care about your healthy.
Children always have problem in oral if they not learning how to improving the oral
health from their parents. Smoking makes your lung damages seriously and you cannot
do heavy activities. Why you must damages your own body? If you not care about your
healthy, you can easily get a disease such as lung cancer, heart attack and brain
cancer. Then, your friends will leave you if you have HIV or Aids in your body. So, if you
take care about your healthy, the entire situation can be avoided and you can get better
life.
Last but not least, replace your bad habits such as drinking drug and abuse sex
with very good one. What satisfaction did your bad habit give you? If smoking had
helped you to relax, replace it with meditation. It serves the same purpose, without the
harmful effects. If you twirled your pen because it gave you something to do with your
hands, learn to knit or play the game. If you start your new habit before you quit your
bad one, the you chance of success are higher because you have some other activity to
fall back on in times of tension or need. You also must always find new game to play
because it makes you happier in your life.
And finally you must prize yourself. Sometimes a person wants to reward himself after
doing a good job or after a hard day’s work. For example, they tell themselves that they
deserve the drink they have sworn to keep off or an ice cream when they are on a diet.
If you want to avoid a habit relapse, you need to offer yourself a substitute reward such
