 Managed the roll-outof the SLS(EpicorSeniorLivingSolution) systemtofacility
administrationstaff,includingprocessdocumentationanddeliveryof training–specifically
to ensure thatRespite residentsare trackedinSLS. The outcome of thisprojecthas been
that the businessisable toextractaccurate andup-to-date informationfromSLS,whichit
