- 14. Place: Every single province Duration: 1 week in every province Meetings: RC, Association of Vietnam Veterans, P-VAVA, WU, CPFC, DoLISA, PWD groups, Centers supporting the disabled Visits: Randomly visited a limited number of families of PWD Rapid Needs Assessment (RNA)
